Former Hearts of Oak striker, Maxwell Boakye has shared that he will not rule out a return to the club.
The skilful forward spent three seasons with the Accra based club between 2013 and 2016.
Speaking to Bryt FM, he reiterated that he will always welcome the opportunity to return to the club despite difficult times in his first stint.
“Hearts of Oak is a big club and it is the dream of every player to play for them. Hearts and Kotoko are the biggest clubs in the country and everyone would like to play for one of these teams”
“I have feature for the club before and I would like to play for them again but the truth is that you cannot play for a single club until the end”
“So haven’t played for Hearts, I would love to play for different club in the country” he said.
He has popped up on the radar of several Ghana Premier League clubs following his outstanding performance.
The Gold Stars striker scored 10 goals in 13 matches before the season was halted due to coronavirus crisis.
