Founder and leader of the Glorious Word Ministry International, Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah has revealed that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) should forget about victory in the upcoming 2020 general election.
According to him, it will take about fifteen to thirty years before NDC will take the mantle to administer the country.
He added that NDC has not offended God for which they will stay in opposition for a period of time but there are some factors that will keep the opposition party for many years unless they do something to prevent it.
Rev. Owusu Bempah revealed that former President Mahama cannot become President again in the spiritual realm.
“The victory of the NDC will be very difficult for rejecting people like Allotey Jacobs, Koku Anyidoho, Anita De-Soso, Yaw Boateng Gyan, and the founder of the party, JJ Rawlings and rather gone for a person like Sammy Gyamfi and biggest mistake made by the party,’’ he said.
Rev. Owusu Bempah also said that people like Jerry John Rawlings and former President Kuffour are not to be rejected in their political parties because they add more value, honor to the party and they support the party with their hearts and spirit.
Rev Owusu Bempah urged the NDC to listen to good counsel and NPP can’t stay in power forever but maybe after 30 years or maybe after 15 years or some years, God will change for another person to come to power.
He added fervent prayers can help NDC to come to power again but the most important thing is for them to put things in order and is God who chooses Kings or leaders for nations but they should forget this 2020 election.
He said that those who intercede for former President John Mahama in prayers should have told him from the beginning not to waste his time to stand for the 2020 general election and he should have allowed another person to contest for the NDC as that would have helped the course of the NDC in the upcoming election.
Rev. Owusu Bempah cautioned the opposition NDC not to bring former President John Mahama after the 2020 general election defeat but pave way for other candidates like Hon Kingsford Alban Bagbin, Professor Joshua Alabi, and other educated people to stand for the party.
Rev. Owusu Bempah advised that Former President Mahama is done with his work as a President and he advises the NDC not to bring him again after the 2020 general election. They should look for another candidate to stand for the party; that will be better for the NDC.
