Media personality Nana Aba Anamoah has warned Ghanaians to keep her out of the latest ongoing women empowerment challenge.
The Acting General-manager of GHOne has described the challenge hypocritical in her recent Instagram post where she said” I beg ooo I don’t like black and white pictures so don’t carefully select me for any challenge.”
The challenge has been trending on social media for a while as a sign of women uplifting and empowering other females. The trending challenge on social media has the involvement of both Ghanaians and Nigerians where ladies post a black and white picture of them and tag other women to do the same.
Some celebrities who have hopped onto the trend are Jackie Appiah, Ini Edo, Tonto Dike, Eno Barony, and a few others.
However, Nana Aba strongly feels that these celebrities are only doing this challenge to gain likes but not for genuine purposes.
According to her, women hardly support each other and the challenge is just a cover-up.
“You don’t support any woman but you are busily posting black and white pictures. Keep doing it for the optics”, she tweeted.
