The Registrar of the Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya, in the Eastern Region Very Reverend Father Ernest Amoako, has encouraged Ghanaians, especially Christians to walk by faith and never lose hope in life.
According to him, being a follower of the Lord does not mean life will be sweet all the time, therefore, Christians must continue to follow Christ and be prayerful at all times.
Very Reverend Father Ernest Amoako said this in Asamankese Saint Mary Catholic Church during first mass for 2020 to mark the Epiphany of the Lord.
The catholic priest called on Christians to Arise, shine, for their light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon them.Father Amoako charged Christians to Overcome Your Pride when the Lord blesses them and humbles themselves before their neighbors.
He stressed on the need to show appreciation to God always and contribute to the church projects with their energy, time and money.
The church was crowded due to the New Year and they used it to launch the 2020 harvest.
