Former Asante Kotoko defender Godfred Yeboah known in football circle as ‘TV’ has tipped the porcupine warriors to win the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League title.
The Kumasi based club has won the most GPL title (23) in the country and their former employers is backing the club to win it for the 24th time in forthcoming season.
The domestic top-flight league is set to return on November 13, 2020, after six months of inactive football in the country.
Speaking to S.K Ntim of Bryt FM, he said, “I’m supporting my former club to win the league title. I will be happy if they are able to win the GPL trophy and I’m optimistic they can beat competition from other clubs to win it”
The Porcupine Warriors are currently in Koforidua for pre-season training.
