The National Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, Henry Nana Boakye joined the Eastern Regional Youth wing on Thursday to embark on a campaign dubbed “Boots on Grounds” in parts of the Eastern Region.
Accompanied by some NPP Parliamentary Candidates and self-motivated party faithful “we fruitfully sold the good message of the NPP government in the markets, Lorry Parks and principal streets in Nkawkaw, Atiwa East (Anyinam), Abuakwa South (Bunso), Suhum and New Juaben South constituencies.”
“Momentum is on our side and with sustained diligence, we shall secure four more years for President Akufo-Addo to do more for the good people of Ghana” Jerry Osei Opoku told the media.

The NPP is optimistic about consolidating and maximizing its vote’s margins in the Eastern region on December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.
The NPP polled 626,893 votes representing 63.11% while the NDC garnered 355,798 representing 35.83% in the 2016 Presidential Election in the Eastern Region.
