Aduana Stars head coach W.O Tandoh is upbeat about his team’s chances of lifting this season’s Ghana Premier League title despite their setback at Techiman Eleven Wonders on Wednesday.
The fire boys suffered their first-ever defeat of the campaign at the Nana Ameyaw Park on Wednesday when they lost 1-0 to Techiman Eleven Wonders in match day four.
“We didn’t come here to lose. Our target was to win at all courses but it couldn’t happen the way we wanted it”
“The penalty demotivated our players, so we will encourage them and pick our pieces together. We aim to defend the league title” he said at the post-match conference.
According to him, losing just a game is not a problem for the fire boys and has therefore pleaded with the fans to exercise patience.
