According to the landlady, Rebecca Azumah, the timely intervention of residents and Fire Service personnel helped douse the fire in the earlier stage preventing spread to other rooms.
She said only one room was severely affected.
Properties such as mattresses, Bed, clothes, Shoes, Plastic chairs, Blanket, traveling Bags, clothes among other household properties.
The cause of the fire outbreak is under investigation.
