USM Alger’s new signing Kwame Poku has promised to undertake his role with complete commitment and sincerity as he begins his reign with the Algerian outfit.
The 22-year old made the pledge during his unveiling on Tuesday where he signed a four-and-a-half year contract.
“USM Alger is a big family; apart from that, they have big supporters. What I want to tell them is that they should keep behaving the way before I met this club”
“There are a lot of messages from their supporters wishing me well and some even giving me confidence on how to succeed here.
“So after I have signed officially for this club, what I can tell them [the club’s followers] is to please keep praying for me and I will also assure them that I will always play my heart out anytime am given the opportunity to play,” he said at his unveiling.
Poku was instrumental for the Porcupine Warriors in the first half of the Ghana Premier League season, netting 7 times in 16 games.
