Okyenhene Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin has issued final warning to the controversial and notorious fetish priest Togbe Shitor and his appractice identified as Rasta to appear before him on Monday April 26,2021.
The order was issued by the overlord on Monday April 19,2021 after the fetish priest failed to reappear before him today .
It was revealed when the case was called at the palace today that,the fetish priest was wandering to get some prominent chiefs to lead him beg for clemency .
However, Okyenhene said, that excuse is untenable because he was asked to produce the alleged culprit whom he claimed recorded the video on his shrine.
First Appearance
The Akyem Kukurantumi based fetish Priest -Togbe Shitor on Monday April 12,2021 surrendered to Okyenhene Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin at Ofori Panin Fie in Kyebi in the Eastern Region over leaked videos from his shrine which captured a naked woman chanting to kill President Akufo Addo and Okuapehene Oseadeeyo Kwasi Akufo II and others.
The fetish priest denied filming the woman but suspects that the videos were taken at his blind side by one of his appractices by name Rasta who is no longer working with him.
Okyenhene rebuked the fetish priest that, he cannot exonerate himself since the incident took place at his shrine.
“You don’t respect decency in your work. How can you bath an old woman at your shrine for rituals to kill the President and Okuapehene” .
“Okuapehene is my nephew , President is my elder brother but now my grandson after ascending the throne as Okyenhene. But you had the guts to cast a spell on them on my own land not even outside Okyeman . Your conduct is all over the world and it has brought disrepute to Okyeman. Now when you look at the dailies -the death of a child has been linked to a Fetish priestess at Amanase, another person arrested with human bones at Coaltar then you are also incanting to kill the President”.
The Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin issued a one week ultimatum to Togbe Shitor to produce the woman seen in the leaked videos .

Okyenhene said the fetish priestess and her husband at Amanase arrested by the Police for their role in the killing of the 11 year old boy will be banished .
The overlord of Akyem Abuakwa traditional area also hinted that the traditional council will rise against fetish priests committing crimes on Okyeman lands if the state fails to act.
“When I decide right now to banish you from my land , issues of constitutionality will be raised, but you are bringing Okyeman into disrepute . But if government fails to act on these things we will rise up”

Mybrytfmonline.com published a leaked video about the woman at a shrine performing rituals and incantations to kill President of Ghana -Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo, Okuapehene Oseadeyo Kwasi Akufo II, Victor Newman a presidential staffer now deceased, and other persons who supported what she termed illegal enstoolment of the current Okuapehene.
The woman identified herself as Attaa , who is close to the family of Odehye Kwasi Akufo -one of the candidates who attempted to ascend the Okuapehene stool.
The woman reportedly visited Torgbe Shitor Shrine in Akyem Kukurantumi in Abuakwa North Municipality of the Eastern Region where the fetish priest and his cohorts secretly filmed her nakedness.
In one of the videos, the woman had a piece of cloth around her waist enchanting to the gods that “agoo agoo, nananom, it is me Ataa sister to Odehye Kwasi Akufo who is being denied the Okuapehene stool .I am the one putting this photo into the coffin .Anyone who is part of this grand scheme from the family to Court must be killed and summoned to the spiritual world to answer” .[Fetish priest interrupts] ,drives away someone who accompanied the woman.
The fetish priest, then asked the woman to touch an amount of money she was holding to her heart area and drop it on the shrine.
The Fetish priest subsequently, directed the woman to inform Odehye Kwasi Akufo not to eat any food that was prepared with palm oil. The fetish priest also warned the woman to inform Odehye Kwesi Akufo not to get closer or sit on the stool because the god was going to sit on for a while therefore anyone who sits on it will die. “madam listen very well, the stool must be left to be where it is, this is what the god is saying. It is going to sit on it to work, therefore anyone who sits on it will be cleared by the god “
The spiritualist took the woman to another room where he made incantations for minutes and gave a knife to stab a photo believe to be that of new Okuapehene Oseadeyo Kwasi Akuffo II , multiple times while enchanting on the photo to hand over the stool to Odehye Kwasi Akufo .
The woman is seen in another video with the fetish priest who asked her to undress and make incantation over herbal concoction in a bucket, and mention the names of persons who are working against Odehye Kwasi Akufo and his family. “those who have tied our souls in the middle of the Akropong so that we don’t get support of the subjects must be dealt with -Sammy Mfum, Nana Ofei ,Baamuhene ,Victor Newman ,President Akufo Addo are all included. Nananom deal with them and also protect our family. Now, I bath this concoction to cancel any death on our family and send it back to them “. The woman said.
In another leaked video, the naked woman was taken to an open bathhouse where another shrine was erected. The woman was directed by the fetish priest to bath the liquid concoction put in a localy weaved basket , and chant for good will upon her brother Odehye Kwasi Akuffo while wishing evil for his opponents including President Akufo Addo.
The fetish priest then makes final incantation while filming the nakedness of the woman.He asked the woman to fill a plastic bottle with the concoction and take it away together with an egg to give to Odehye Kwasi Akufo to for similar incantation.
The new Okuapehene was enstooled and outdoored on Sunday May 3,2020 under heavy state security .
Odehye Kwadwo Kesse,34, was given stool name Oseadeeyo Kwasi Akuffo II.
He becomes the nineth Chief to ascend the Ofori Kuma Stool.
The opposing family believes President Akufo Addo and some top government officials were mastermind of the machination to that denied Odehye Kwasi Akufo the stool.
Cyber Security Act
Ghana has passed the Cybersecurity Act 2020 in an attempt to crackdown on taking and circulating or publishing of naked and sexual images of people.
Under the new law, persons who circulate naked images of others could face fines of between $5200 and $10,000 (GH 30,000 to GH60,000).
They can also face jail term as well from five, 10 to 15 or 25 years.
