Former Ghana youth star and AS Monaco forward Eric Ayiah has revealed drawing inspiration from a Portuguese football agent.
Eyiah, who captains the Ghana U-17 team at the 2017 World Cup in India had the opportunity to work with the super-agent after a stellar performance.
According to Eyiah, Jorge Mendes feels motivated anytime he recalls he has Jorge Mendes who handles superstar Cristiano Ronaldo as his agent and is of the view he has influenced his career.
He joined French giants AS Monaco after talks between Jorge Mendes and the French outfit’s president.
“It is not an easy thing working with someone like Jorge Mendes.” He said.
“I feel motivated and pushed to work had anytime I recall that I have someone like him as my agent. You can’t be a lazy person and expect the best from him; It’s impossible.”
Eyiah is yet to break into the senior team of AS Monaco since joining the club.
