Human excreta have accidentally leaked from a vacuum tanker onto Akyem New Tafo bypass road between the cemetery junction and Adonten Senior High School along the Koforidua to Bonsu highway.
The incident which occurred last night has polluted the environment by creating a strong stench in the entire area.
According to sources, the septic truck emptied a toilet from a house for disposal however after noticing the massive leakage decided to dislodge it in an unapproved area.
Residents are angrily searching for the suspect driver.
“The driver started emptying the tanker on the road whiles driving off.
We are looking for a house for them to assist us to get the contact to the septic contractor. Any attempt to get to the house this morning has failed because the people around are not ready to cooperate.
