The Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has reminded the general public that the 2021 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) will start on Monday 15th November 2021.
The GES in a statement congratulated all the 571, 894 candidates involved for their handwork and fortitude so far.
The statement also expressed its profound gratitude to all Teachers, Heads of Basic Schools, Directors of Education, Parents/Guardians and all stakeholders for the crucial roles they have played so far in preparing the candidate for the examination.
A statement signed by the Head of Public Relation Unit, Cassandra Twum Ampofo advised candidates, invigilators, supervisors, school authorities, teachers and parents to desist from any form of examination malpractice.
“GES, WAEC and the security Service are working jointly to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination at the centres across the country,’’ the statement affirmed.
The statement also indicated that Supervisors and Invigilators are ensuring adherence to the Covid-19 protocols at all centres.
