Ghanaian teenage sensation Mizak Asante suffered a career-threatening injury as Golden Kicks lose to Susubribi SC in the Division One League.
Susubribi inflicted a 1-0 win over Accra-based Golden Kicks in matchday 4 of the second-tier league on home turf.
Unfortunately, the 15-year-old was unlucky as he suffered a fracture in his right leg and had to be carried off the pitch in the first half by the paramedics.
Asante was in severe pain as he was stretched off the pitch with both teammates on and off the pitch in grief after the incident.
He is currently at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital treatment.
