The Founder and Leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministry, Prophet Nicholas Osei, well known as Kumchacha has stated that politicians in the country cause too much fear and panic than men of God.
According to him, men of God are proclaiming what the Lord has revealed to them.
Prophet Kumchacha indicated that no individual can limit the manifestation of the Holy Spirit on any day, adding that prophetic work cannot be controlled by humans.
Prophet Kumchacha made the assertion in an interview on Onua TV on Monday, January 10 2022.
Kumchacha cited that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo came out with “All die be die” while the Former President John Dramani Mahama proclaimed Do or die’’.
To him, many politicians have come out with many words that have caused fear and panic to Ghanaians.
Meanwhile, the religious leaders have been cautioned to be measured in their utterances, particularly the way they communicate prophecies, ahead of New Year Eve’s services.
The police warned in a statement issued: “we want to caution that under Ghanaian law, it is a crime for a person to publish or reproduce a statement, rumour or report which is likely to cause fear and alarm to the public or to disturb the public peace, where that person has no evidence to prove that the statement, rumour or report is true,”
The statement signed by Superintendent Alexander Obeng, the Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Police Service affirmed that “it is also a crime for a person, by means of electronic communications service, to knowingly send a communication that is false or misleading and likely to prejudice the efficiency of life-saving service or to endanger the safety of any person.”
