Security analyst, Adam Bonaa has described President Akufo-Addo as honest and sincere with regards to his recent comment on Chinese galamsey kingpin, Aisha Huang.
The President on his tour to the Volta region disclosed to Stone City Radio contradicted his appointee’s statements that the Chinese were deported in 2018.
The President’s latest comment has created controversy among Ghanaians and even some party members as it exposes some appointees alleged to be conniving with the Chinese.
In an interview with TV3 Midday news on Tuesday, Mr Adam Bonaa after commending the President called for immediate action against his security apparatus and other related appointees.
He indicated the President’s comment has exposed the many allegations and uncertainties that have surrounded the whole issue of whether the Chinese were truly deported as officially reported by the Government’s mouthpiece.
“The President was honest and sincere on the issue because any person could have lied his or her way through. But It must not just end here, he must go the extra mile to hold those in position accountable ewspecially the security apparatus” Mr. Adam Bonaa stated.
