This is the first time the former France defender is meeting the first gentleman of the West African country.
Evra has released a new book titled ‘I Love this Game’ and is promoting it across the globe, with Ghana being his next destination.
The retired left-back who arrived in Ghana on Monday has met Nana Akufo-Addo.
The UEFA Champions League winner is expected to visit his hometown, Dakar, in Senegal, Ivory Coast and Nigeria as part of his tour.
The ex-French international spent eight years at Manchester United, where he developed a good partnership with five-time World best player, Cristiano Ronaldo.
The left-back won 14 titles with Manchester United before joining Juventus, where he also scooped five titles.
