The Minister of Education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum on Monday 24th October 2022, received the newly appointed Director General of the Ghana Education Service Dr Eric Nkansah and some Directors at GES in his office.
The visit marked Dr Nkansah’s first official visit and meeting with the Ministry of Education since his appointment.
The minister shared his expectations and charged his administration to prioritize the welfare of GES employees as a key means to improve education outcomes in the country.
Before his appointment, Dr Nkansah worked as the Director in charge of Tertiary Education at the Ministry of Education.
