The Wenchi High Court sitting on Wednesday morning has delivered its judgement, dismissing the NDC’s parliamentary petition regarding the Techiman South Constituency.
The Court has pronounced that Hon Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah was duly, validly and lawfully elected.
However, a cost of Ghc100,000 was awarded against the petitioner, Christopher Beyere Baasongti.
The final judgement has put to rest the long outstanding misunderstanding that has erupted from the 2020 parliamentary elections.
