Ghana’s female Para Powerlifter, Patricia Nyamekye, retains her World Record in The 67kg category of the New Generation Event at DUBAI 2022 World Cup.
It is a mandatory Paralympic Games qualification competition to PARIS 2024 Paralympic Games.
Her lift of 91KG set in Cairo remains African and World Record in the Youth and New Generation Category.
Meanwhile, the ministry of Youth and Sports has sent a congratulatory message to the athlete for her outstanding performance.
