The Electoral Commission of Ghana is to begin an interview for recruitment of temporal electoral officers starting Monday, March 23, 2020.
Successful applicants will be engaged for the compilation of new Voters Register, an exhibition of voters register and the conduct of 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.
Electoral officers being recruited include Registration Supervisors, Deputy Registration Supervisors, Exhibition Supervisors, Deputy Exhibition Supervisors, Returning Officers Deputy Returning Officers, Key Trainer/ Technicians, Registration Officers, Presiding Officers, Registration Assistant and Poling Assistants
Mybrytfmonline.com has gathered that applicants in New Juaben in the Eastern Region have been invited by the Commission for interviews on Monday, March 23, 2020, as part of the recruitment process.
Decision by the Electoral Commission to compile a new voter’s register has been met with stiff opposition by civil society organization and some opposition political parties including the largest opposition party National Democratic Congress.
