On Thursday in Adenta, Works and Housing Minister, Francis Asenso Boakye commissioned the “Seasons Court Apartment Complex”, a development by the State Housing Company Limited (SHC).
This project stands on a piece of land that was once an abandoned refuse dump.
The minister thanked the tireless efforts of the Board, Management and Staff of SHC, this previously neglected area has been transformed into a beautiful residential community for new home owners.
The SHC has over the years built many apartments for Government agencies as well as for private individuals.
