President Akufo-Addo has noted that the fight against the Pandemic COVID-19 will be a long war, broken up into several battles.
According to him, Ghana has registered a modest success in the important battle to trace and test many of the persons who had come into contact with infected persons, and the government cannot, and will not rest on our laurels.
He said government and all Ghanaians will not let their guard down, as the fight against this virus has to progress and will pursue vigorously the strategy of enhanced 3Ts, i.e. tracing and testing to allow us to identify infected persons, and isolating and treating them.
Nana Akufo-Addo was optimistic that It is the surest way to root out the virus.
The President made this known during his eighth update on measures to control the Coronavirus in the country.
