A 16-year-old final year student of Miracles Senior High School at Baakoniaba in Sunyani in the Bono Region has allegedly committed suicide.
The student identified as Leticia was found hanging in a rope at the school’s dining hall.
She was found hanging dead in the school dining hall by her colleagues on Monday, May 17, 2021, around 9:45pm.
The incident has thrown the entire school into shock.
It has not been established reason for the action of the student.
Her body has been retrieved by the Police and deposited at the morgue for autopsy and further investigation.
