Kasoa Odupong Ofaakor Circuit Court has convicted two (2), taxi drivers, into 60 years imprisonment for raping a female Nigerian at knifepoint at Kasoa New Market.
The convicts, Patrick Afful, 18, and Samuel Adams, 19 raped the Nigerian national at knifepoint after boarding their taxi cap last night after she had closed from work.
Narrating the incident to Bryt Fm News Correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah, Kasoa District Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Timothy Dassah Said the victim then reported the incident to a nearby police checkpoint, and the drivers were arrested with their taxi cab with registration number GX 8171 – 20.
They were found guilty when arraigned before the Kasoa Odupong Ofaakor Circuit Court hence jailed 60 years
