President Akufo-Addo was sworn-in as the the president in 2017 January 7th through his good work after the first term, Ghanaians trusted him and voted him into power again in 2020 election to complete his unfinished projects and policies.
Mr. Samuel Boateng, a political analyst in an interview with Nanaba Tuah Manu the host of Tain fm morning show said, the President is a disappointment and has failed in his second term as compared to his first term.
He said, his two (2)years into his second term performance was average because he could not reach the expectations of Ghanaians.
On his part on the Agric ministry, the minister, Hon Owusu Afriyie Akoto is the worse minister because the planting for Food and Jobs program he claims has not bring any good impact, as Ghana still import rice and some common foodstuffs
“He was more focused on his presidential ambition and not the ministerial position” he said.
Also on the performance of the Education Minister Hon Osei Yaw Adutwum, Mr. Boateng said his performance was average because of poor implementations of some policies especially, the introduction of new curriculum without available text books.
He has, however, called on the government to review the free SHS policy by allowing wealthy parents who can afford to support.
