Ghanaian trio of Daniel Amartey, Majeed Ashimeru and Salis Abdul Samed are set to miss the Black Stars final AFCON qualifier against Central Africa Republic due to injury setbacks.
Amartey, who plies his trade for Turkish club Besiktas becomes the latest player to pick up injury after Ashimeru and Salis Samed.
The former Leicester City player sustained an injury at training and is expected to be sidelined for two-week, making his availability for the clash impossible.
He will not be in action on Thursday night when Besiktas take on Dynamo Kyiv in the return leg of the Europa Conference League.
Ghana will face CAR at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday, September 7 as both teams eye qualification to the tournament.
Meanwhile, Ghana will need just a point to secure AFCON berth.
Black Stars coach Chris Hughton is expected to unveil his squad for the much-anticipated clash next week.
