Ghana’s Black Stars have arrived in Ivory Coast ahead of the start of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations this weekend.
The team departed on Wednesday morning and has successfully touched down in the neighbouring country for the much-anticipated tournament.
Ghana contingent, who were in their stylish kente attire, was met with a rousing welcome by fans.
The tournament is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, January 13 through to February 11, 2024.
Ghana is chasing their fifth AFCON title having last won in Libya 1982.
The Black Stars will open their account against Cape Verde on Sunday, January 14, 2024 before taking on Egypt and Mozambique on January 18 and 22 respectively in Group B.
