The Overland for Bassengely near Bibiani in the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region Nana Akwasi Ato-Ware II has send his good luck wishes to all Junior High School final year students Who are writing their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) starting today Monday 7 August, 2023.
“I wish every candidate the very best in the examination. I am confident that they have worked hard with the support of their teachers.I urge them to be confident and avoid the temptation of examination malpractices, and with God on their side, success shall be theirs,” he added.
He cautioned the candidates against engaging in collusion and other forms of examination malpractice, such as carrying mobile phones and other foreign materials into the examination hall.
He reminded the candidates in an interview with Hamza Mohammed that collusion could be detected in scripts during marking, and that the penalties included the cancellation of the subject or entire results.
He appealed to parents to support their Wards, who are participating in the examination.
He therefore thanked President Akufo Addo for the introduction of the Free Senior High School Policy and advised the candidates that only those who can pass successfully at the BECE quality to benefit from it.
