Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the vice president and presidential candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has stated to the young people of Ghana that his ultimate goal in running for office is to change Ghana.
Speaking to youths around Ghana on Sunday, November 3, 2024, Dr. Bawumia emphasized the necessity of changing the nation to make it more appealing for Ghanaian youth to remain and work there.

Dr. Bawumia went on to say that when Ghanaian youth have had a good education, they will be better equipped to become entrepreneurs or find work more easily if they have the necessary skills for the labor market.
“In my conversation with you today, I will tell you about the business friendly environment that my government, Insha Allah, will generate to make it all possible. I will outline the bold economic solutions that we plan to roll out to make it all possible.
