The General Manager of Bunso ECO PARK, Mr. Kenneth Asare Frimpong was adjudged the Site Guide of the year at this year’s Eastern Regional Tourism Awards held at the Baca Hotel and Event Centre in Koforidua.
The facility was also adjudged Visitor Attraction of the year, surpassing others to clinch the award.
Speaking to Kwabena Nyarko Abronoma of Bryt fm, Mr. Asare Frimpong attributed the success to hard work, innovation and creativity which have always been the hallmark of the facility over the years of existence.
On activities at the facility, he indicated management are keen on developing new ideas and innovations to ensure the facility remains relevant at all times to tourists.
He mentioned canopy walk, Zipline, kids zone, horse back riding, adults wing, nature and cocoa tour, tourist site, swimming pool (biggest in the region) and many others as services the facility provides to both local and international visitors.
He assured tourists of his outfit’s continuous commitment in ensuring the facility provides a world class services and also bring on board other activities that will serve everyone’s choice.
