The battle for places for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations to be held in Morocco will commence in September, where the Black Stars will take on Angola and Niger respectively.
Ghana will begin the qualifiers with a home game against Angola on September 5, 2024 before they travel to face Niger in their second group game on Monday, September 9, 2024.
The Black Stars are in Group F, and will compete with Sudan, Niger and Angola for AFCON slot next year.
The game against Angola is scheduled for 16:00Hrs Kick Off at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The top two teams from each group will secure automatic qualification to the CAF’s biggest event on the continent.
Meanwhile, the next AFCON tournament will be held in December 2025 and January 2026.
Ghana are four time winners of the AFCON trophy and last won it in 1982 in Libya.
