2nd Lady, Samira Bawumia, was hosted by the chiefs and people of the Wenchi, Tain, and Banda districts of the Bono Region on Friday.
She was received at a grand durbar after visiting communities such as Wenchi Zongo, Badu, Menji, Bofie, Banda Boase, and Bema.
As part of her visit, she also commissioned a maternity block for the Badu Health Centre, funded by the Member of Parliament for Tain, Hon. Gabriel Osei to support the delivery of maternal healthcare in the community.
The Second Lady posted on her Facebook wall, commending the chiefs and people of the area for their warm reception and cooperation.
