The Sefwi Wiawso Divisional Police Command has arrested three notorious armed robbers alleged to be connected to many armed robbery cases in the Sefwi Wiawso, Asawinso, Juaboso, and Debiso high.
The Sefwi Wiawso divisional police crime officer A.S.P Solomon Aiddo explained that suspected armed robbers were put on the police wanted list after a deadly robbery attack on a bullion van on December 3, 2019, at Sefwi Asempanye which led to the killing of General sergeant Emmanuel Chikudoh.
The late Police officer was who was escorting a bullion van to an ADB branch at Sefwi Wiawso.
According to the crime officer the suspects have their main station at 290 a community near Sefwi Asempanye in the Juaboso where they operated from.
All three suspects are in police custody assisting the further investigation.
