“I don’t have a problem with anyone. I was going to farm a few minutes to 6:00am last Sunday then suddenly I was attacked and fell. They took away my mobile phone, my shirt, money. I was bleeding but suddenly a taxi appeared which I stopped and rushed me to the hospital. I can’t tell those who did that but on my way, I saw some two young guys who were jogging I don’t know if they did that.”
However, a Friend to the Victim, Kwame Gyasi Ayisi, alleges that the victim was prematurely discharged by health workers at the facility given that he was still unstable and not recuperated.
Suhum Police has commenced investigations into the incident.
