Ghanaian dancehall and reggae sensation, Ras Kuuku in the showbiz fraternity also known in personal life as Kojo Kurankye has disclosed that, 99 % of his songs are being influenced by the use marijuana also known as weed.
According to the ‘Mpaebo’ hitmaker smoking marijuana drives him with positive energy as he brings out to entertain his fans with his music.
The dancehall artist made this pronouncement on Bryt TV where he was interviewed.
“Many elements come together as motivation before one can make good music. For me, I can boldly say 99% of my music was enthused by marijuana. My popular Mpaebo song inspiration came after smoking Marijuana. Smoking makes me a positive thinker, which makes me feel special. My team and I are planning to visit the president, where we are going to tell him we need about 50 acres of land for marijuana growth. 40 acres will be used for the cultivation of marijuana and 10 acres will be used in rearing animals.” He revealed.
He went on and advised his colleagues in the music industry to desist from beefing each other as he believes that helps in sinking the industry.
The renowned reggae act, Ras Kuuku was recently honored in New York by the 3G Awards board for his immense contribution to the reggae genre in Ghana.
