Awutu Senya East– Health Insurance Office in Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality of the Central Region have been locked up by their landlord over allegations of unpaid rent arrears.
The office, which is located at Kasoa CP junction was locked up on early hours of Tuesday 21st October, 2025 by the family of the landlord who is now the late for not paying rent arrears leaving clients, staffs stranded and frustrated.
Sources close to Bryt Fm News correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah revealed that, the late landlord’s family have been engaging the authority over payment terms for more than nine(9) months but the actions of the authority isn’t encouraging.
Clients who need the services of the facility are now stranded as the workers has also no access to their offices.
Currently, the landlord has not spoken to the media as well as the management of the facility has no interest to addressing in the same medium.
