Ghanaian actor, Adjetey Anang, famed as “Pusher” has recommended interested people who want to join the movie industry to have motivation before they get into it.
The actor who has starred in lots of movies in an interview with Adom TV mentioned that if people who wish to join the industry are only after the extravagant lifestyle some of the established actors and actresses live, then they won’t go far with their thirst for money agenda.
“Set your motivation right before entering into the movie industry, some people are motivated by the fancy dresses Nadia Buari, Jackie Appiah wear on social media,” he added.
According to him, he has realized that most people who enter the industry with the sole aim of showcasing their talents and working hard to improve the industry end up reaping the fruits of their labor by succeeding in the industry.
“That one is not too bad but, if that is your main motivation, you won’t go far. Your motivation should be about coming into the industry to exhibit your talent and skill to help the industry grow.
“You can’t rely on only passion and talent; you should acquire skills and train. You can’t be Jackie Appiah and Majid Michel overnight,” he stated.
