About 125 beneficiaries of the Nation Builders Corps(NABCO) in Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality of the Eastern Region have exited from the program.
The personnel exited after securing permanent and more lucrative job opportunities.
The exit of the 125 out of 314 total beneficiaries in the Municipality has created shortage of staff in some Government institutions particularly health facilities.
The Municipal Chief Executive for the Nsawam Adoagyir Municipality Isaac Kwadwo Buabeng said this during a town hall meeting facilitated by Ark development organization at Hebron in the Ankwa Dobro electoral area in the Municipality .
He said the Assembly has written to the NABCO Secretariat for replacement.
The Executive Director of the Ark Development Organization, Mr Emmanuel Kwafo Mintah explained tha town hall meetings are very important in ensuring a countability and participatory Democracy.
