Kwahumanhene Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II has advised the youth to be wary of Politicians who recruit them to commit acts of violence during and after the election.
According to him, the youth must think about their future and desist from being a weapon in the hands of politicians rather focus on their education.
“I advised the youth in the various zongo communities to take their education serious and be wary of politicians who oftentimes recruit them for negative vices during and after elections”
He said this Monday when the newly enstooled Kwahu Zongo Chief Dr.Umar Bawa sworn oath of allegiance to him at his palace.
The zongo chief will be in charge of all activities related to Muslim communities in Kwahu traditional area and represent the same in the Traditional Council.
Kwahumanhene said “Muslim Community plays an integral part in the economy of Kwahu. From the cola trade to other forms of commerce, they have been trusted allies to Kwahumanhene since time immemorial” assuring the commitment of the Traditional Council of consolidating the peaceful coexistence and harmony with the Muslim community leveraging on it to improve the living standard of the people.
