Operations Manager of West Africa Football Academy (WAFA), George Ofosuhene Peprah has said that his outfit target is to win their first five matches in the upcoming Ghana Premier League competition.
The much-anticipated Ghana Premier League is returning this weekend after several months of inactive football due to coronavirus pandemic that wrecked the world.
According to him, it is their aim to win all matches in the first round but says they are now focusing on the first five games.
“Our target is to win all the 17 matches in the first round. It will be prudent for us to accumulate all the three points at stake but for now, we are aiming to win the first five matches and see what happens” he told Angel FM in Kumasi.
WAFA will lock horns with King Faisal in matchday one at Sogakpe.
