Medeama SC defender Patrick Yeboah has expressed disappointment in officiating during his side’s 2-1 loss against Dreams FC on Sunday.
The Yellow and Mauves suffered their first defeat in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign at the Theater of Dreams in matchday two.
Striker Joseph Esso opened the scoring after capitalizing on a defensive howler by Ibrahim Yaro to open the scoring.
The Tarkwa based club pulled the much-needed equalizer through Kwadwo Asamoah but Issah Ibrahim secured victory for the home side on the stroke of full time with a decisive spot-kick.
But according to the former Asante Kotoko left-back, he was not impressed with the performance of the referee, Bashiru Dauda.
“We thank God for this defeat though is not the results we wanted but actually we are very disappointed as players, we are not impressed with the referees, what they did here was very bad and we don’t like that,” he said at the post-match conference.
“We will go back to the drawing board and continue from there” he said.
