NPP parliamentary candidate for New Juaben South Constituency, Michael Okyere Baafi has bravely stated that he will massively win the 2020 election together with his Presidential Candidate President Akufo-Addo.
According to Mr Baafi, Ghanaians will ballot heavily for him and the NPP government based on the Free SHS policy which has promoted good quality of education in the country.
Speaking in an interview on Koforidua based-radio station, the NPP parliamentary candidate uttered that the Free education program Akufo-Addo has introduced under his government has removed the cost burden of paying school fees from the parents hence Ghanaians will show appreciation to Akufo-Addo by maintaining him in office.
“There is no way NPP will lose the upcoming election because the free SHS beneficially together with their parents have resolved to vote hugely for Akufo-Addo (Addo free SHS) and Okyere Baafi in order to add more to what they are enjoying,” he said.
Michael Okyere Baafi added that the people of Koforidua have embraced him with his massive support as well as his campaign message and that is why they have elected him as their parliamentary candidate, so they are not going to betray him by voting for NDC in any means.
“We have attained a countless policy than any other government has achieved in terms of electricity, one district one factory, one dam one village, free water supply, and many more, and Ghanaians should consider all these on December 7, that day,” he said.
He promised to build infrastructures such as schools, hospitals, roads across the constituency and also build trade funds to support traders and will create countless jobs when he wins the election.
He also urged the party members to preach the good works of President Akufo-Addo to attract more votes for the party.
“We want to maintain the peace of the country therefore politicians should accept whatever results that may come out either lose or win to refrain the country from conflict.
He then pleaded with the people of Koforidua and Ghanaians as a whole to go to the poll on coming December 7 to vote boom boom for number 1, Akufo-Addo, and also to the presidential candidate, Michael Okyere Baafi to fetch more development to the country.
