Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak have signed former Aduana Stars defender Caleb Amankwah in the ongoing transfer window.
Amankwah, who has been without a club since leaving Aduana Stars in December 2020 penned a two-year deal and is expected to feature in the second half of the season.
The Phobians beat off competition from Legon Cities, Medeama SC and Aduana Stars to sign the enterprising defender.
The former WAFA defender swerved the Yellow and Mauve who had extensive talks with the player’s representatives to sign for the Phobians after returning from a two weeks trial in Azerbaijan.
Hearts of Oak will unveil the lanky defender before the commencement of the second round of the Ghana Premier League.
