Media Personality, Nana Aba Anamoah has bared her canines at the Christian Council of Ghana as she questions their silence on the recent happenings at Ejura in the Ashanti Region.
According to her, the institution used to roar like a lion trying to put the government and its policy on their toes but nowadays feels and behaves like a cat about the current killing of protesters in the country.
“The Christian Council of Ghana is the biggest disappointment. They could roar for days. Now dier it’s just meooowww”, she tweeted.
The Christian Council of Ghana is one of the oldest institutions or organizations in the country with Rt. Rev. Prof. Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante who was elected at the council’s last Annual General Meeting.
The council through its work serves as an advisory board to the president and the various politicians in the country\ hence people expecting them to come out and condemn the act by the police and the military who clashed with the youth of Ejura leaving three (3) persons died.
