The Minister for Defence, Hon Dominic Nitiwul has laid a 111 million euro performance sales and purchase agreement for the supply of six L-39 next-generation aircraft.
The contract was laid in the Parliament by the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs on behalf of his colleague, the National Security Minister, Albert Kan Dapaah.
But the contract has been referred to the Defence and Interior Committee for deliberation.
