“Missing Pregnant Woman” at Takoradi in the Western Region Josephine Panyin Mensah, 28, has finally confessed to the Police during further investigations stating that, neither was she pregnant nor ever being kidnapped, according to the Ghana Police Service.
The entire episode about the disappearance of this alleged pregnant woman and Kidnapping tales threw the entire country into a state of confusion.
The family of Josephine who was allegedly pregnant for nine months reportedly left home on Thursday, September 16, for a dawn walk in Takoradi but did not return.
Her photos were since circulated on social media with an appeal to the public to help find her.
She was found three days ago without her pregnancy claiming the kidnappers took her baby away.
Police and medical investigation suggested she was not pregnant neither delivered however the family and residents insisted she was pregnant.
