Four new fighter vessels have been acquired by the Government of Ghana to help in the protection of our country’s waters.
The vessels acquired is to enhance the capacity of the Ghana Navy to protect the country’s maritime domain, including offshore oil and gas installations, which have arrived in the country.
According to sources, the vessels which will be manned by Naval captains with international ratings, are equipped with the needed logistics to protect national installations and also deter and make Ghana’s adjoining coast safer.
The government over the years has provided the necessary vehicles, machines and other equipment that will help improve the security of its citizens on the land, in the air and on our water bodies.
