Aziaku Cynthia Adwoa, 18 years of age who lives at Akyem Tafo with her single-parent mother Gada Vivian is reportedly missing after completing school last year in November.
Aziaku Cynthia Adwoa a beneficiary of the free senior high school policy attended school at Asamankese Senior High school “ASASCO” and completed her education last year November 2021.
According to the mother of the missing girl, Gada Vivian ” My daughter was with me one month after she completed schooling in 2021, We were there one day and she told me she is going out to buy something and she never returned around December, we have been searching for her but yet still she is nowhere to be found “.
“My daughter is tall and fair in complexion, her schoolmate called me one day and told me she has found my daughter at Asamankese, I wasn’t sure but later she sent me a picture she snapped with her when she met my daughter. When she was leaving the house the hair was barbered by from the look of the picture her friend sent to me, she has now braided the hair,
We don’t know her phone number, her schoolmate told me when she met her she was with a phone but failed to give her number to her school mate” She said.
She said because this is not the first time the daughter is missing, the local police don’t want to corporate.
“We haven’t reported the incidence to the police because some time ago a similar thing happened and later the police found out that she was with a man, we have realized that the Tafo police station will not show any interest in this case that is the more reason why we haven’t reported the case to the police”.
Gada Vivian is therefore pleading with the public and authorities especially the Ghana police service to come to her aid to help find her daughter Aziaku Cynthia Adwoa.
She said she is her only daughter whom she struggled through her single parenting to take care of for her education since the father of the child Ahetor Robert shirked his responsibility.
