Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, NPP National Chairman Hopeful has pledged to provide end of service benefits to outgoing Constituency and Regional Officers should he be given the nod, therefore, appealing to party delegates to support his agenda.
He said most NPP officers especially at the constituency level after serving go empty-handed which does not encourage others to work for the party therefore as an experienced, dedicated and mature politician, he will liaise with Party leadership to institute a welfare fund to support party members if they vote for him as National Chairman in the forthcoming elections.
Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi was speaking in an interview with the Media after he took his “Hope and Nkabom” campaign to delegates in the Tano North & South, Asutifi North & South and Asunafo North & South Constituencies all in the Ahafo region and also to Banda, Tain and Wenchi Constituencies in the Bono region.
Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi again called for stronger unity, discipline, and commitment among party faithfuls to recapture their lost Parliamentary seats and help NPP Break the Eight in 2024.
Meanwhile, delegates were all excited about Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi’s Candidature and pledged to vote massively for him as National Chairman in order to better their welfare as NPP Officers.
